Pre and Post-Service Guidelines
To optimize your wellness, it is important that each client abide by these guidelines.
Before your appointment:
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork if not already done.
Because your appointment time is reserved for you personally, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments.
After your appointment if you have received IV treatment:
If you have received an infusion, leave the dressing in place for an hour.
You can apply a cold pack for any discomfort but may go about your normal activities without restrictions.
Be sure to increase hydration to continue your journey toward wellness.
You can expect to feel improvements in your symptoms within 15-90 minutes after your infusion. IV vitamins, minerals and amino blends benefits peak at 12 to 24 hours. These effects can last up to 2 weeks.
Monitor the site of the IV for redness, pain, warmth, or swelling. If this occurs, please contact us.
If you experience diffuse hives, shortness of breath, trouble swallowing, chest pain, severe headache, changes in consciousness, increase in pain/swelling in the arm at the site of infusion, call 911 or report to the nearest ER immediately.
After your aesthetic procedure:
No lying down flat for 4 hours following procedure.
No flying for 4 hours following procedure.
No vigorous exercise for 24 hours.
No firm massage of the area for 24 hours (including using things like the sonicare face brush)
It’s ok to gently wash your face!
