When you arrive at Elevate You, located at 105 W. 11th St. in Scott City (formerly Dr. Cockerill’s chiropractic practice), you’ll be welcomed into our comfortable lounge and greeted warmly by our experienced RNs.
2. We’ll educate you on your service or therapy treatment.
You’ll then complete medical history and consent forms. One of our experienced healthcare providers will talk with you about the treatment or therapy you’ll be receiving that day. We will answer your questions and make sure you are comfortable and relaxed before we begin.
3. We will make sure you’re comfortable and ready to elevate you!
Next, we’ll lead you to the treatment room to relax and begin the process of elevating your wellness and beauty.
4. And finally, we’ll make sure you are ecstatic about your results.
At the conclusion of your treatment, you will have a moment to pay for your services and set up follow-up treatments as desired.

We see beauty in all of our patients, and we want to help you elevate that natural beauty. We offer non-surgical procedures that aim to enhance the appearance and health of the skin, body and face.

Self Care Consult
All of our aesthetics services—including neuromodulators (commonly known as Botox), fillers, or PDO threads (a non-surgical facelift)— begin with a self care consult.
This 30-minute session with one of our two licensed healthcare providers is a time to ask questions, talk about the options, and discuss the concerns or goals you have for your aesthetic service.
Our goal is to answer your questions, provide you with knowledge, and put your mind at ease to feel comfortable in beginning or continuing in your aesthetics journey. If you book a service at the conclusion of the consult, half of the consult fee will apply towards your service.
