Weight Loss Consult - $150. (in person or virtual)

Weight Loss Program - $795*

Weight Loss Medication Supervision - pricing based on Rx. Medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are offered based on client needs. Visit with provider every 3 to 6 months for check in, support and Rx. Consult required first.

Weight Loss Maintenance Program - $100 per month
- Includes check in with staff and B12 injection twice a month.

Medical supervision gives you additional tools 

You’ve probably read that the key to weight loss is to burn more calories than you consume, and at its very core, that’s true. However, it doesn’t take into account things like hormonal shifts, cravings, deficiencies, or other health factors that have an impact on your ability to burn more calories than you consume. When you work with the providers at Elevate You to lose weight, you’re embarking on a medically-supervised weight loss journey. This means that your overall health is a consideration, and that if you need nutritional supplements or prescriptions to assist your weight loss, you can get them. 

The Clean Start Weight Loss program is the basis for our 8 week intensive weight loss program. It allows our providers to design a weight loss program that’s tailored to your specific needs, whether those needs include education, support, medications, injections, and/or accountability. 

Weight Loss Medication Supervision is also offered at Elevate You. We understand that the 8 week program does not fit into everyone’s needs. We offer consult and determination of appropriate medication such as semaglutide, tirzepatide and other medication needs. Visits will be every 3 months for check in, body composition, medication refills, and support.

What to expect 

On your first visit, we’ll discuss your medical history, and you’ll undergo a full medical exam that includes labs. This way our providers will know that the program is safe for you, as well as which elements are likely to be the key to your success. Some patients  may receive lipotropic injections that help your body burn fat more efficiently. Some may require prescription access, which we can provide. You may also receive vitamin injections. 

One of the most important aspects of the program is that it doesn’t include pre-packaged foods. Instead, you learn how to eat real foods to promote better health and natural weight loss. We provide a patient guidebook that includes information on the program as well as helpful tips and even recipes to help you get started.   

The Clean Start Weight Loss program includes a great deal of educational material to help you learn how to maintain your weight loss for life. By learning more about consuming an appropriate diet, as well as having your metabolism reset, so that it functions properly to burn fat instead of muscle, you have the tools you need to maintain a healthy weight and enjoy the many health benefits that brings.
